RETURN PROCESS

Exchanges and returns MUST be made within 7 days of purchase. ALL return items must include an attached wardrobe tag, a receipt of purchase, ALL garments must be unworn and in the same state they left the store.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS:
Online/shipped orders can only be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return should include wardrobe tag, receipt of order and should be in the same state they left the store.
Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to process back to your original form of payment.

EXCEPTIONS
Items must be unworn. If you do not have a receipt, online order receipt, or the clothing wardrobe tag has been removed, you will NOT receive a refund.
Headbands, bathing suits, belts and any accessory including jewelry are ALL non-refundable.
All sale or discounted items.
All swimwear and Lingerie.
Personalized Items.
Shipping costs. Unless you received an order that is wrong.
Custom Orders.
Some evening wear may also be considered Final Sale depending on the detail of the item. Please ask if unsure.
POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to update, modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to process to the same form of payment you paid with.
To REMOVE WARDROBE TAG , lift up the round part of the tag and snap open, then separate the existing pieces for wearing. Once removed no refunds will be made.
